How do I get a quote?
Fill in the booking form or message us on WhatsApp. You get a clear quote before any work begins.
Do I need an appointment to visit the store?
You can walk in during opening hours. For doorstep visits, please message us first so we can arrange a time.

Repairs and parts
How fast can you repair my device?
Many common repairs, such as screen and battery replacements, can be finished the same day, subject to parts availability. Board-level jobs need a diagnosis first, and we give you a clear timeline.
Which parts do you use?
Quality-tested parts. We explain the options and prices up front so you choose what fits your budget.
Which devices do you repair?
iPhone, iPad, Android phones (Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, Oppo) and Apple Watch. If your model is not listed, message us and we will tell you if we can help.
Warranty
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes, warranty is included. We explain the terms before we start and write them on your receipt.
What should I do if the problem comes back?
Contact us with your receipt. We will check the device and explain what the warranty covers.
Data and privacy
Will I lose my data?
Most repairs do not touch your data. We still recommend a backup, and we can attempt recovery for water or board damage.
Do you look at my photos or messages?
No. We do not open your photos, chats or files.
Doorstep
Do you really come to my home or office?
Yes. Our doorstep repair covers Doha and up to 30 km around it. A technician arrives with tools and common parts.
Can I choose the visit time?
Yes. Tell us the time that suits you and we will confirm what is possible.
Laptops, printers and coverage
Do you repair MacBooks in Doha?
Yes. We repair MacBooks and Windows laptops, at your home or office or in our store. See our laptop and MacBook repair page for what we fix.
Can you set up my office printer?
Yes. We install printers, connect them to Wi-Fi and set up printing and scanning for computers and phones.
How far do you travel for doorstep repair?
We cover Doha and up to 30 km around it. Send your location on WhatsApp and we will confirm.
Do you repair Samsung and other Android phones?
Yes. We repair screens, batteries and charging problems on many Samsung and Android models. Tell us your model when you book.
What should I do if my phone gets wet?
Switch it off, do not charge it, do not use rice, and bring it to us as soon as you can. Quick action gives the best chance of saving it.
How is my data kept private during a repair?
We only access what the repair needs, we ask you to back up first where possible, and we treat your photos and files as private.
